We provide feasibility review, conceptual

development and project structureing advice during the initial stages of a project as well as due diligence review throughout the life cycle of a project.

Program/Project Management

We act as senior project managers/directors within Owner and project delivery teams. We can 

assemble project management teams to lead and execute projects on behalf of Owners, Contractors, Concessionaires or Design Consultants.

Corporate Development

We act as facilitators and advisors to corporations as they update, develop and execute strategic plans 

for new corporate initiatives. This includes working with existing and new businesses developing client and partner networks required to reach established targets.

 

In addition, we can act as interim leaders within organizations while permanent resources are recruited.
