A member of the executive management team with national responsibilities for development and project management of the firm’s major complex project assignments. A recognized Professional in the area of strategic development and program/project management of large-scale infrastructure projects ranging from Bridges and Highways, Airports, Parking Structures, Transit Facilities, Power Generation Facilities, Exhibition Facilities, and Government Buildings. This includes predesign feasibility assessment, development and execution of strategic project delivery models, cost management of large-scale projects, leading preliminary and detailed design activities, construction administration, oversight of commissioning and activation as well as a Project Board Director providing oversight of the execution of large-scale infrastructure projects.

 

Built and maintains a strategic business network that extends across the country and into the United States. This network includes Public and Private Sector contacts in the Engineering, Architecture, Construction and Development markets as well as financiers associated with infrastructure investment and those in the political realm. This enables a detailed and clear understanding of the current design and construction environment.
